I bought the Essie Good Morning Hope nail lacquer last year at Olympia. It was released as part of a quartet of shades created to celebrate and raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I’m not the biggest fan of pastels, but I was drawn to this colour because of its name. It’s such a powerful message and I strongly believe no matter your situation, every new morning that you see is a new opportunity for a positive outcome.
Every September, I always look forward to the Olympia Beauty show. This year I almost missed both days due to work commitments but after a couple of late nighters and last minute planning, I was able to make the show this year too. These events always make me feel like ‘a kid in a candy store’ but I was going to do my best to not overspend. It’s always great to have hope…
This holiday season is packed with pleasant surprises as yet another new collection is unveiled. The Essie Encrusted Treasures collection features an array of luxurious shimmers that have an air of sophistication to them. Launching this November, these six limited edition tones will dry down to an ‘encrusted’ textured finish.
Right in time for the holiday season, the newest additions to the Essie Luxeffects 2013 collection are just as glitter-iffic as the previous five. Launching in stores this November, these fabulous top coats will make any manicure party-ready during the festive season.
Next month sees the launch of the Essie Pink About It BCA 2013 collection. Essie introduces us to two new uber-feminine pink hues that are created for their campaign to help raise awareness of breast cancer.
