In Spring we are encouraged to embrace our feminine side, with the introduction of sweet pastels and gentle hues. The Zoya Awaken Spring 2014 collection is no exception but with the addition of a few cremes with a metallic finish.
The Zoya Zenith Holiday 2013 collection has launched online offering an assortment of icy blues and galactic hues. Unlike the traditional winter palette, these hues make a refreshing change whilst still being very much on trend.
Another pretty pink from the Flash Summer 2010 collection is the Zoya Jolene nail lacquer. I had to buy the whole collection as it featured six bold brights; perfect for hot summer days.. Today’s pink is brighter than the first nail lacquer I reviewed in this collection but just as girly and fun.
To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month, I will be reviewing a pink nail polish for every day in October. Every year 12,000 women and 80 men die of breast cancer and every year almost 50,000 women and 400 men are diagnosed with the disease. To show their support, a number of nail brands are making donations to their nominated charity with sales of their BCA nail products. The proceeds will go towards vital research for earlier detection, better treatments, improving quality of life and ultimately saving lives by finding a cure.
