Nails Inc Spring Summer 2013 Collection

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Primrose-Hill-GardensPrimrose Hill Gardens is a red-y toned neon pink.  The first coat I applied was very sheer but my nails were completely covered without any visible streaks. Once the polish dried, I applied a second coat of polish but it took another two layers of polish to get full opacity. The polish dried with a matte even finish which I covered with a glossy topcoat.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Hampton-Court-Palace-Gardens-swatchesHampton Court Palace Gardens is a very vibrant almost neon orange creme. I loved this colour from the moment I first saw it. It is ridiculously bright and perfect for summer. The first coat gave great coverage but there were a few streaks. The second coat was better but still had a few gaps. With a third thin coat, the finish was both smooth and opaque and the formula was also very self levelling.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Kensington-Palace-Gardens-swatchesKensington Palace Gardens is a true salmon pink creme. This was my first time swatching a Nails Inc mini bottle and I can’t fault them. The first coat was opaque and dried within seconds. The brush though smaller than the bigger bottles, spread evenly across my nails and was an ease to work with. The second coat added an impressive shiny block of colour and I sealed this with a top coat.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Royal-Botanical-Gardens-swatches Royal Botanical Gardens is a mint green creme with strong blue undertones. From the first coat, the polish glided smoothly on my nails with a ridiculously pigmented and silky formula. The second coat added a full cover finish with a glossy shine.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Chelsea-Physic-Garden-swatches Chelsea Physic Garden is a pastel sky blue creme. Again with this being a small bottle and such a pale colour, I envisioned nightmares of streaking and patches but the formula flowed perfectly and dried rapidly. The formula is highly saturated with colour and I absolutely loved the icy blue finish.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-St-James-Park-reviewSt James Park is a stunning hot pink creme . The formula was perfect as the first coat was very pigmented and very glossy. I applied a second thin coat and topped it off with the Nails Inc Kensington Caviar top coat and the shine was amazing.

Nails-Inc-Spring-Summer-2013-Belgravia-Gardens-swatchesBelgravia Gardens is a gorgeous coffee nude cream and a dream to apply. The first coat applied smoothly easily giving full coverage. I added a second thin coat of polish and finished with a topcoat for extra gloss.

Nails Inc are known for their amazing creme polishes. They make some of the best creme polishes I have ever used so this collection was a walk in the park for them. However I was hesitatant with the pastel polishes as I expected at least a streaky first coat especially with such a small brush but I was prooven wrong. These colours are just as pretty on the nails as they look in the bottle and were touch dry in no time.
